- Step 1: Enroll. Enrolling is easy. Just complete our online enrollment form by clicking here, or call our toll-free enrollment number, 1-888-718-2228.
- Step 2: Getting Set Up. Once you are enrolled as a member, you will be sent a welcome letter and a membership package, outlining the travel program and its’ many benefits. Your monthly benefit cost, depending on which plan you choose, will be conveniently charged to your credit card or bank account.
- Step 3: Save & Enjoy Member Benefits. As a member of the program, you will be able to call in or go online to access your account at any time to see how much you have saved, how many months you have left before you can redeem your vacation, and to change your personal information, or ask any questions you may have. Members have year-round access to a variety of benefits. All you need to do is login to our Members-Only panel, and you can also access your savings benefits with coupons and great deals on dining, shopping, travel, and so much more! - Step 4: Redeem. Once you have saved for twelve months (or once you’ve decided you want to travel), you can call in to book your Resort Week at the destination of your choice. You pick the location, the resort, and when you want to travel. Subject to availability, our helpful Program Specialists will work with you to assure you get the quality vacation you’re looking for. Once you’ve completed the redemption process, we’ll send you a confirmation of your reservation and you’ll be ready for your trip. It’s that easy. Plus, you don’t even have those twelve months before you travel. Members can accelerate their savings at any point. This means that, with Grand Vacations, our members travel when they want, and where they want, including multiple times per year.
- Step 5: Enjoy! With the Grand Vacations Savings Program, members no longer have to worry about how they can pay for their family vacations.
